Lucy is a Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA and the Australian Psychological Society. The mother of three children, Lucy enjoys working with adolescents (14 years and over) and adults. Her primary aim is to provide an open, non-judgmental space in therapy where you can feel safe to explore and better understand your feelings and behaviours, primarily through building awareness and self-compassion. Lucy has a warm, approachable style and is committed to tailoring her treatment to the individual needs of the person she is working with. Drawing on the evidence-based therapies of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Lucy provides an opportunity for you to explore the kind of person you want to be, and to help you live the life you want to, free from fear and judgment, from both yourself and others.
